Shenzhen Jiacheng Electric Group was founded in 2005, UL certified factory. We focus on customized high quality wire harness and cable assembly, PCBA, Mechanical fabrication, electric cabinet, box build, POS terminal assembly, conference camera, OEM, ODM for products, our solutions are widely used in self-service kiosk/ATM solution, Robot, industry and automation, medical instruments, electron and communication systems. Our core value are High quality, Resonable cost, Quick response and One stop service.

Our group are made up of ISO9001: 2015 certified plants, ISO13485, IATF16949, UL Factory, professional in each product field, manufacture capability as below:

A. 6800mechanical manufacturing and assembly shop, manufacture capability: Precision Sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, Plastic injection molding, Assembly;

B. 6000 PCBA& EMS(SMT& DIP process) shop, Our factory has a number of lines of SMT, assembly and testing, well-equipped with brand-newly imported Juki and Samsung SMT machine, full-automatic solder paste printing machine, ten temperature zone reflow oven and wave-soldering oven. Our factory is also equipped with AOI, XRAY, SPI, ICT, full-automatic splitting machine, BGA rework station and conformal coating machine, with air conditioner and dust-free workshop and lead-free manufacturing process.

C. 2200 Electrical shop, Manufacture capability: Wire harness and Cable assembly;

We have offices and warehouses in Hongkong, London, Hungary and USA. Our customers are all over the world, we have many years cooperation experience with oversea customers specially with UK, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, American, Canada, Australia, etc.
